Graphic tees are the latest clothing obsession of mine. And to be honest, I'm not really sure why but they've just been working in my wardrobe. Since I'm an avid breakfast lover this tee from Target really caught my eye. Its a cut-off tank which is actually better for me than a regular tee. I am so weird about feeling like I'm choking and I always lean towards tanks over tees. So it was an easy decision for me. As per usual, I went into Target for ONE thing. However, I left with this tee and a new planner as well. A simple $10 Target mission turned $50 real quick. That same day I was with my best friend, K and we had just been talking about juicers. On a whim, I went back to Target with her to check them out. I showed her the graphic tanks that I had just purchased and she too, was in love with the tank. Usually when I see something I like I immediately put together an outfit in my head and 90% of the time it works out just as planned. I told K that the tank could be worn multiple ways and began to rattle off the following:
1. Night: Pair with ripped skinnies, a pair of pointed toe pumps, a blazer (if needed) and a statement necklace.
2. Day: Repeat outfit one, but switch out the pumps for pointed toe leopard print flats. And if you're feeling like the statement is too much for a day time look, layer on some necklaces.
3. Comfy: A pair of leggings, a cardigan, and a pair of tall boots or uggs.
4. Casual: Ripped skinnies, converse, and an oversized cable-knit cardigan.
Quite honestly, the list could go on and on. But these are just a few of the ways that I would style a graphic tee. As you can see from the photos I went for a more casual look, but now that I'm writing this post I've kept the same tank on and swapped my skinnies for a pair of Lucky brand sweats and an oversized cardigan for a comfy Sunday look.
