How to Style Camo
Happy Hump Day!
So let's get right to it. [ CAMO ] The first thought to come to mind probably has to do with hunting, right? At least that was my first thought until I tried it on and styled it up! Camo is a rather masculine pattern so if you're a girly-girl like me you're probably wondering how to make such a masculine pattern look feminine. Look no further, check out three easy ways to style camo in a feminine way below!
// Option ONE \\
Keep it simple. Throw on a pair of ripped skinnies and your favorite pair of tennis shoes. I decided to add some antique gold jewelry to make this outfit look a bit more feminine. Also, if you know me at all then you know that I am obsessed with this leopard clutch by The Providence Story. When in doubt, add leopard! It literally changes the whole aesthetic of an outfit!
// Option two \\
This option is a little bit more work appropriate (if business casual is your dress code). I paired it with this fit and flare skirt (which might also be one of the comfiest skirts that I have ever owned) to pull off a more polished look. I kept my jewelry very similar, but added a few extra pieces for sparkle and finished with more leopard! Like I said, leopard goes with just about anything. So if there's one piece of advice to take from this it's that leopard is a must!
// Option three \\
And this look is my favorite because I am obsessed with these jeans by Articles of Society. If you're on the market for distressed black jeans then these are what you need! They are so soft and so unbelievably comfy. Instead of sparkle, I added a floral statement necklace to add a feminine flair to this look. This is more of a "date night" or "night out" outfit. And of course, in true Amanda fashion I finished this look with my favorite peep toe booties and leopard clutch. Have I mentioned how much I love them?!
