Shopping With Simon Malls

Well hello there! I hope you're having a great week so far. Mine has been pretty productive, if I do say so myself. It might just be me but coming back from traveling makes me feel like I am so behind. It almost gets my booty back in gear because y'all, I was checking the 'to do's' off of my list today. Let me tell you.

Anyways, I'm assuming some of y'all saw that I visited three Simon Malls properties this past weekend. If not, you missed lots of goodness on my Instagram story. So make sure you're following me on Instagram so you can follow along next time. Living in Columbia (or the suburbs of Columbia) there isn't much shopping nearby. Charlotte is the closest place for the style-loving gal to go. So I ventured the hour and a half-ish up north to check out all three properties.

The day began at Charlotte Premium Outlets. Being that I'm a Southeast PA native, I'm pretty adapt to good shopping. But I have to say I was super impressed with this outdoor outlet mall! It's the newest upscale outlet center in North Carolina and let me just say, it didn't disappoint. I shared lots of goodies from my dressing room diaries while I was in Saks Off Fifth. I even snagged some goodies! (I'll share all that I got on my story today, too.) We made a few pitstops and of course, made it a point to stop into Kate Spade. Y'all. That pineapple cross-body though. I didn't get while I was there but I cannot stop thinking about it. It is so fun for summer!

So many of y'all asked about the products in my Instagram story, so I've rounded them up below for you. Just let me know if you have any other questions!

Next, we stopped for lunch and a quick visit to Concord Mills. Concord Mills is considered an outlet or value mall. I was super surprised by how large this property was! I can imagine that it is a great place to bring kids, if you have them! Plus there are other attractions like AMC Theaters, Dave & Busters, and an aquarium. Not to mention a super cute carousel smack dab in the middle of the food court.

Lastly (and my favorite), we stopped at Southpark. Being a baseball wife means we move a ton! Each time we'd move to a new city, I was less than impressed by the shopping options. That was until we moved to Columbia and I discovered Southpark. It's got lots of the stores that I love from the mall that I grew up with, King of Prussia. My favorite part about our trip to Southpark was visiting some wonderful people over at Brahmin. Y'all, I don't know if it's just a southern thing but they were so nice. Anytime I venture back up to Charlotte, I will for sure be stopping in just to say hi to all of the sweet people at Brahmin. Not to mention the store is legitimate #GOALS. As you might be able to see in the photograph below, the handbag is made out of paper. That's right; paper. I could not believe it. It is so cool! Again, might just be me but stores like Brahmin just make me want to kick my feet up and hang out all day. There is something to say about stores that value visual aesthetics. Being that I am an extremely visual person I could not get over every little detail. So if you're in the Charlotte area, definitely head into Brahmin. Not only is the store beautiful so are the products, too!

Like I said, if you'd like to get a closer look at some of the things I got while I was in Charlotte make sure to follow along on my Instagram. And if you have any questions/comments, just leave them below!
