Still Loving OTS Everything

So it's been a hectic yet productive week in the Walker household. While my mother-in-law was in town, we painted a few rooms so decorating them has become my new task. I also learned how to mow the lawn (lol, it's a sight) but I've also become obsessed with a clean yard. So yard work is the most surprising aspect of being a home owner.

Rocker Vibes

I hope you had a great weekend and an even better Easter. I spent mine with my mother-in-law, doing home projects but more specifically: learning how to cut the grass. To be honest, I can't believe I cut that grass but a baseball wife has gotta do what she's gotta do. When your husband is away for months at a time, it's either do the work yourself or hire someone too, and I'm really trying to lots of projects on my own.

How To Dress Up A Casual Outfit

Hi there! So is it just me or does today not feel like  a Wednesday? Like it's hump day and from the moment I woke up it has just felt like a Monday. Anyways, yesterday was my husbands birthday and before all of the baseball trading drama this spring training I was actually really excited about it. It would be the first time we could celebrate his birthday together in awhile. Typically his birthday is always during spring training and I left my full-time office job after last spring training.

The Importance of Accessorizing

I hope you had a great weekend. It sure was a beautiful weekend in South Carolina and I stayed busy. That's for dang sure! I spent some time out searching local antique stores for furniture. Followed by lots of cleaning and tedious tasks around the house! I also got a few paint samples this weekend (which I may need your input on because we can't make a decision) and I can't wait to get this house repainted.

OTS Top Obsession

Hallelujah! These past couple weeks have been the craziest yet, or at least it feels that way to me. But it's the weekend so that just means I'll be catching up on all the blog work that I've been slacking on. I'm also going to be checking out a few antique stores in the area in hopes to find some furniture and goodies for our new home. I'm the most excited about this!
