The Cross Body Bag You Need
I know I've been a little MIA lately, but it's for good reason. As you may have heard (via my IG story), my husband is no longer an Oriole but is now an Atlanta Brave! Which is something that we are super excited about. We are also nearing the closing date on our soon-to-be home in South Carolina. I've been busy packing and making all of the necessary arrangements to get everything taken care of. But since two days is two days too long for me, I ventured up to Orlando on Monday so I could still enjoy some time with my guy. Which means: BASEBALL! I went to my first Spring Training game of 2017 yesterday and it was awesome to see my guy in red + blue! So if there are any ATL readers out there, let me know! We'll be needing some recommendations on the best food spots in town. Because yes, we are foodies for sure!
Anyways, if you've been following me then you probably already know how much I love white jeans. So much so that I strongly disagree with the old school rule of "no white after LD" because it's just that: outdated. If you're not sold on breaking the rule, now is the perfect time to start testing it out. Spring is right around the corner so it's the perfect way to transition your wardrobe. I recently snagged this ruffled sleeve tee from Nordstrom (that is now 40% off + under $25) and I can't get over how soft it is. It's not as long as I would like it to be, which I'm sure it is fine with most people. I just prefer my tops to cover a bit more of my booty, but Christian likes it so that's a plus! Hah.
But the real reason for this post is the accessories! I'm such an accessory girl so that's what I love most about this look. I mean, can we talk about this cross body by The Providence Story!? It's the perfect size and has a flat bottom which allows me to fill it with more junk. It also has a detachable strap so the bag can transition to a clutch. And lastly, can we talk about the hide coloring!? It is so different on both sides, so check out how it looks in today's post vs. this post. (It;s also on my sidebare on this page above "I'm Amanda") It's crazy! And every single bag made is so different but Ali from The Providence Story will work with you to find a piece of hide that is just perfect! Did I mention she is the sweetest ever!? And of course, I paired this look with these Betsy Pittard Designs jewels. This amazonite color has worked so well in my wardrobe. I just find it to be so versatile! So if you're on the hunt for some new bracelets to layer, these are the ones you want!
Anyways, I hope you liked today's post. Which accessory is your favorite? Let me know below!
